One of the small offerings of my lockdown capsule. Hand knit and crochet in stainless-steel core yarn from Habu Textiles with rough Tibetan quartz crystals.

Tibetan quartz acts as a psychic cleanser, clearing debris from the aura and allowing more full-spectrum light to fill our physical and energetic bodies. It is also believed to aid in healing the nervous system. Found in the Himalayan mountains of Tibet and Nepal, this high vibration stone resonates to the sound of "om", making this piece perfect for meditation.
